Introduction
Welcome to Civil Engineered for Success (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview
We offer services supporting individuals preparing for their ICE Professional Review or advancing their civil engineering careers. These include Initial Career Advice, Submission Reviews, Mock Presentations and Communication Tasks, Failed Review Analysis, and CPD Template Support.

Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals pursuing or developing careers in civil engineering. By booking, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Booking and Payment

  • All service fees will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be made in full before the scheduled session.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Services We Offer and Checkout
For all paid products (excluding free guides and resources), we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to provide access and next steps.

Session Format

  • All one-on-one sessions, including Initial Career Advice, Submission Reviews, and Mock Presentations, are held via Google Meet.

  • A Google Meet meeting link will be sent to your registered email at least 48 hours before the booked session.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Service Scope

  • Initial Career Advice: Personalised guidance tailored to your current goals and challenges.

  • Submission Review: Attribute-focused feedback to strengthen your ICE Professional Review submission.

  • Mock Presentations and Communication Tasks: Simulated ICE interview exercises with actionable feedback.

  • Failed Review Analysis: Review of previous feedback with an improvement plan for your next attempt.

  • CPD Template: A structured Google Sheets tracker for managing Continuing Professional Development.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and relevant information to enable effective guidance.

  • Attend sessions on time. Delays or no-shows may result in a shortened session or cancellation.

  • Ensure you have a suitable internet connection and access to Google Meet.

  • Submit required documents by the requested deadline to allow sufficient preparation.

Intellectual Property

All resources and materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written permission.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and supportive guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as passing the ICE review or securing a promotion). We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our advice or services.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by local laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant region.

CEFS Career Hub — Membership Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

  • Refunds are only available for the current billing month, and only if no 1-to-1 meeting has taken place during that month. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. Access to support will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Civil Engineered for Success reserves the right to update pricing or service structure with at least 30 days' notice to existing members. If pricing changes, members will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new rate takes effect.

  • By joining the CEFS Career Hub, you agree to these terms and to engage respectfully and constructively throughout your membership.

Mock Review Access
Mock reviews are included at no additional cost after six (6) consecutive months of membership. Members who require a mock review earlier can book one separately at a discounted member rate. Non-members may book standalone mock reviews at the standard rate
