Ongoing 1 to 1 training with CEFS Career Hub

Structured mentoring for engineers preparing for chartership or career growth.

Your Path to Professional Success Starts Here.

Build Confidence. Show Competence. Progress with Purpose.

The CEFS Career Hub is a members-only support platform designed to help you move forward with clarity — whether you’re preparing for your ICE Chartered Professional Review application, Career Appraisal or simply seeking stronger direction in your engineering career.

You don’t need to guess what reviewers want, wonder if your report hits the mark, or keep preparing in isolation. Through monthly or accelerated 1-to-1 sessions, we provide the tailored support, challenge, and feedback needed to help you succeed.

Who the Career Hub Is For

This service is ideal for engineers who:

  • Are working towards ICE chartership and want structured support

  • Have previously failed a review and need a clear plan to bounce back

  • Are unsure what to include in their report or how to select the right projects

  • Want a consistent, trusted point of contact for review prep and career planning

  • Looking for long-term support that balances honest challenge with practical advice

This is not a generic course or content library - it’s built around mentoring, structure, and accountability. If you’re ready to engage fully and want to be supported, challenged, and guided with purpose, you’ll fit right in.

Why Ongoing Support Matters

Chartership isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. Whether you’re just getting started or closing in on your submission, the Hub provides the structure and accountability to:

  • Make confident decisions about project selection and attribute coverage

  • Get objective, attribute-focused feedback on your submission drafts

  • Practise responding to interview-style questions in a supportive environment

  • Track progress over time and adjust your preparation strategy as needed

  • Stay motivated and consistent with a clear action plan

Membership Tiers

Trainee Membership — £85/month or £850/year

A consistent and affordable way to stay on track.
Includes full access to all support features listed above, with an expected average of around one meeting per month — though you're welcome to book more in busier periods if needed (e.g. in the run-up to submission or review).

Associate Membership — £150/month or £1,500/year

Designed for engineers who want a faster pace or more intensive mentoring.
Includes everything in the Trainee tier, with priority scheduling and an average of around two meetings per month — though some months may include more, depending on your timeline and workload.

Why Choose Civil Engineered for Success?

We specialise in helping engineers navigate the real-world challenges of chartership preparation. Whether you need someone to push you, guide you, or help you translate your experience into the language reviewers understand — we’re here to support your journey.

  • Insight from experienced ICE reviewers

  • Honest, constructive, and practical feedback

  • Tailored support built around your experience and goals

  • Flexible structure to match your pace and capacity

How to Get Started

We recommend booking a 1-to-1 Initial Career Advice session before signing up for membership. It’s a focused conversation where we explore:

  • Whether the CEFS Career Hub is the right fit for your current goals

  • What kind of support will benefit you most

  • Any questions you have about timing, expectations, or membership tiers

You can technically join the Hub without a scoping session, but we’ve found that engineers get far more value when we’ve aligned upfront on what success looks like.

Once you're ready:

  1. Book an Initial Career Advice session (recommended)

  2. Choose your membership tier

  3. Begin structured monthly or accelerated support

If you have questions or want to talk it through first, get in touch at info@civilengineeredforsuccess.co.uk
